Public Access Room
State of Hawaii | Legislative Reference Bureau
PAR provides the public with information, facilities, and services to assist them as they engage and participate in the State legislative process.
The Public Access Room is a place to work on legislative research. Here, you can find and track bills, watch hearings, draft testimony, and do other work relating to the Hawaii State Legislature. Staff assistance is also available in person, by telephone and by e-mail.
